From October 2022 to August 2025, I worked as a product Owner for Citibank's CRA team, collaborating with cross-functional teams in technology, design, and data to define product requirements, streamline processes, and deliver measurable business impact. My work focused on translating user insights and strategic goals into scalable solutions that improved both customer experience and organizational performance.
